As we did not cook a turkey at home for Thanksgiving, we decided to cook a turkey breast yesterday. Which of course means ....... TURKEY SANDWICHES! I think I like the sandwiches more then I do the turkey.

I had one for lunch yesterday - it would have been better on a homemade roll, though . . .
